MAD Strategy, LLC owns and operates the website www.madstrat.com (the Site). The Site, together with all of the materials, documents, text, images, graphics, animation, videos and other information and content (Content) and any and all services provided at the Site, are collectively referred to as the Service.
The following policy explains how MAD Strategy collects, uses and disseminates information obtained from or about you as a user of the Service.
When you visit the Site or otherwise access the Service, web servers collect general information about your visit (such as, for example, traffic data like time, date and the address of the website from which you entered the Site), which is stored as anonymous, aggregate data. MAD Strategy also collects more specific information about you and your use of the Service (such as, for example, demographic data, profile data and frequency or duration of use). Collecting such data (collectively, Traffic Data) may entail the use of software programs, web beacons, pixel tags, cookies, IP addresses or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.
You may elect to register for an Account to use the Service, at your sole discretion. If you choose to register for an account, then you will be required to provide MAD Strategy with current, complete and accurate information, as more specifically required by then current procedures and operational prompts. You will be required to provide at least the following information in order to establish your account and register for and use advanced Service features: name, email address, telephone number, and password and certain preferences and permissions. You are required to maintain and update your registration data from time to time, to ensure that it is always current, complete and accurate. You may be required to provide additional information that is necessary to provide you with advanced Service features.
Registration may be initiated by connection to a social media account designated by you, in which case corresponding information (to the extent it is available), but not other information, will be obtained from that provider. Currently, the Service supports registration using Facebook and Google.
