A week before the workshop, each participant completes the self assessment
If there is a lack of consistency in the responses, we focus the workshop on achieving alignment about the current performance of the business and sources of threat and opportunity; if there is consistency in the responses, the workshop will focus on idea generation and strategy development
Based on the workshop, we will develop a set of recommended next steps
Depending on the value you have derived from our facilitation, we can discuss what level of ongoing involvement by us may be beneficial
